**Exciting Opportunity for an ER Registered Nurse (RN) - Mids Shift!**
Join a dynamic team as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, providing critical care to patients in need. Here’s what you can expect:
- **Start Date:** ASAP
- **Duration:** 13 weeks
- **Shift:** Mids, 12:30 PM - 1:00 AM
**Key Qualifications:**
- Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience
- At least 2 previous travel assignments completed successfully
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, ESI level 5 training required
- TNCC certification preferred
- Cerner experience preferred
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional patient care in the Emergency Department
- Utilize the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment
- Anticipate and plan for the safe delivery of patient care
- Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
- Delegate patient care priorities based on the education and experience of the staff
- Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care
