**Exciting Opportunity for Travel ER Registered Nurse (RN)**
**Job Description:**
- **Position:** Travel ER RN
- **Start Date:** ASAP
- **Duration:** 13 weeks
- **Shift:** Mids, 12:30 PM - 1:00 AM
- **Requirements:**
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Emergency Nursing
- At least 2 previous successful travel assignments
- Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
- ESI level 5 training required
- TNCC certification preferred
- Experience with Cerner preferred
- **Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional care to Emergency Room patients
- Utilize the Nursing Process in compliance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies
- Exhibit critical thinking and scientific judgment in care delivery
- Demonstrate leadership in ensuring safe patient care in the Emergency Department
- Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education
- Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience
- Supervise and direct personnel involved in patient care
- **Unit Details:**
- Beds in Unit: 29 plus 8 hallways
- Patient Ratios: 1:4
- No call or floating required
- Scrub Color: Navy
- EMR System: Cerner
- **Scheduling and Availability:**
- Weekend requirements apply
- Blocked scheduling is a priority but cannot be guaranteed
- Max RTO: None as long as full-time equivalent and weekend requirements are met
- Blackout dates for RTO: One major and one minor holiday may be required
- **Scope of Role:**
- Deliver comprehensive patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Direct and coordinate nursing care based on established clinical practices
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for effective patient care delivery and optimal outcomes
