**Exciting Opportunity for Registered Nurses in the Emergency Department!**
**Job Description:**
- Join a dynamic Emergency Department team committed to excellence in patient care!
- Utilize the Nursing Process to deliver high-quality care to emergency room patients.
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment while maintaining shift accountability.
- Anticipate and plan for safe delivery of care for patients in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and professional development.
- Delegate patient care priorities according to staff education and experience.
- Provide direction and supervision to personnel delivering patient care.
- Work the Night Shift: 7 PM - 7:30 AM (3x12s) **Flexible with a 48-hr. guarantee.**
- Preferred experience as a Charge Nurse (additional compensation available).
- Must be open to floating between departments as needed.
- Work in a facility with a total of 38 beds.
- Required experience: 2 years in a similar role.
- Familiarity with Cerner EMR is a must.
- Dress code: Black scrubs for a professional appearance.
- Trauma Level III Certified and Stroke/ STEMI Receiving facility.
- NIH Stroke Scale certification is recommended but not required.
