**Job Description:**
- Are you passionate about providing exceptional healthcare?
- We are seeking a Nursing Home Registered Nurse to assist with day-to-day nursing activities in a rewarding environment.
- This is a vital role that emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and a commitment to resident care.
**Essential Job Duties:**
- Communicate promptly with physicians and families about significant changes in resident conditions.
- Conduct all applicable resident assessments thoroughly.
- Administer medications by following the 5 Rights principles.
- Perform wound care and assessments as necessary.
- Support CNAs in responding to call lights and resident needs.
- Monitor residents for any changes in condition.
- Take charge as a leader on the floor, assessing and directing situations effectively.
- Report any allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation to the Director of Nursing and Administrator.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate resident records through diligent charting.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
**Required Qualifications:**
- An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
- Two-year degree in nursing required; four-year degree preferred.
- Must hold and maintain a Wisconsin Registered Nursing license.
- Current CPR/BLS certification required.
- 1+ years of related work experience preferred.
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail are a must.
**Shift Information:**
- Full Time PM Shift (2pm-10pm), Every other weekend
