**Exciting Opportunity for a Nurse Manager in Stunning Alaska!**
**Job Description:**
- Lead the daily operations of a vibrant Sub-Regional Clinic in either Hooper Bay or Emmonak, AK.
- Ensure coordinated patient flow and exceptional care delivery.
- Maintain current and accurate medical records for optimal clinic performance.
- Optimize reimbursement for clinic services through accurate documentation.
- Act as a vital liaison between various departments and the Sub-Regional Clinic.
- Take charge of staffing positions and cultivate a motivated team.
- Utilize your nursing expertise and managerial experience to shape the future of patient care.
- Adapt to a flexible work schedule while making independent decisions within prescribed limits.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive nursing management experience.
- Three years of clinical nursing experience preferred; related experience may be considered.
- Must be a licensed Registered Professional Nurse (RN) in good standing in the State of Alaska.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; must maintain competencies for this position.
- Familiarity with office machines and computers typical to a medical outpatient clinic nursing environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory agency standards related to healthcare organizations is essential.
