### Join Our Dynamic Emergency Department Team as a Registered Nurse (RN)!
**Job Description:**
- Immerse yourself in a fast-paced, rewarding environment as a Registered Nurse in our vibrant Emergency Department!
- Responsible for delivering exceptional patient care using the Nursing Process in alignment with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
- Exhibit critical thinking skills and scientific judgement to ensure safe and effective care for patients in the Emergency Room.
- Lead the care delivery planning with strong leadership and anticipation skills, making a difference in patients' lives.
- Maintain your clinical competencies through ongoing education and professional development.
- Delegate patient care tasks based on the education and experience of team members, promoting collaboration and efficiency.
- Provide guidance and supervision to assigned personnel, ensuring top-notch patient care quality.
**Additional Information:**
- Shift: DAYS (7 AM - 7:30 PM) — Enjoy a balanced work-life with a 3x12 schedule!
- Quick start: Must be ready to begin within 2 weeks of accepting the offer.
- Charge Nurse experience is preferred and comes with an additional pay incentive.
- Flexibility: Must be willing to float as needed within the department.
- Facility Details: 38 beds in the emergency department, offering a range of critical services.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an emergency setting required.
- Electronic Medical Records: Cerner experience is a must!
- Dress Code: Professional attire in black scrub colors.
- Certifications: Trauma Level III Certified, Stroke Receiving, and STEMI Receiving preferred.
- NIH certification is recommended but not mandatory.
