TravelNurseSource is working with Thrive Staffing to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Smyrna, Tennessee, 37167!

Job Title: TRAVEL - RN - L&D - COST CENTER (660) - 7:00PM - 7:00AM

City/State: Smyrna, Tennessee

Shift: Nights, 19:00-07:00

Contract Length: 12 weeks

Start Date: 03/09/2026

Job Description:

The Registered Nurse (RN) in Labor and Delivery is responsible for providing high-quality care to laboring patients, supporting patient choices, and promoting vaginal birth opportunities based on patient preference.

Responsibilities:

Provide patient-centered care in a Labor and Delivery unit with 9 L&D beds, 3 swing rooms, 2 ORs, and a 3-bed OBED.
Circulate in OR and perform procedures such as IUPC, FSE, and MgSO4 administration.

Requirements:

RN, ACLS, BLS, NRP, and Fetal monitoring certifications required.
Advanced skills in Spinning Babies and STABLE are helpful.
