Job Description:
This role is for a Registered Nurse in the Telemetry Float Pool, responsible for managing the care of patients experiencing an influx during special events.
Responsibilities:
- Provide care to telemetry and progressive care patients.
- Administer medications such as Amiodarone, Cardizem, and Heparin.
- Ensure effective use of progressive care medications for suitable candidates.
Requirements:
- Experience in MS/Telemetry with knowledge of Amiodarone, Cardizem, Heparin, Nitroglycerin.
- License/Certification: RN; BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required.
- Experience with Progressive Care or ICU is preferred.
