Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

Take charge of identifying and aggressively pursuing sales opportunities within the UK market, leveraging market trends and demand to drive revenue growth.
Spearhead the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals, with a relentless focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Proactively engage potential clients through targeted outreach, networking, and strategic initiatives, showcasing our solutions and value proposition with conviction.
Demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills and resilience in overcoming objections to secure profitable deals, always maintaining the upper hand in negotiations.
Forge strong, enduring relationships with clients and industry partners, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business opportunities.
Stay ahead of the curve by staying informed about industry trends and changes, adapting strategies and approaches accordingly to stay competitive.

Requirements:

A proven track record of success in a high-paced, target-driven sales environment, within the IT services/staffing industry
Demonstrable experience in creating and nurturing strong relationships in the target enterprise markets
A relentless hunter mentality, with a hunger for achieving and surpassing sales targets through proactive prospecting and strategic selling
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, demonstrating a consistent ability to deliver results and drive revenue growth
Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for seizing opportunities, overcoming challenges, and making an impact
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade effectively at all levels of the organization
