Seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Surgeon to join a well-established and growing team within a stable, clinician-led organization. This individual will be replacing a recently retired surgeon while helping us grow and expand services to meet the needs of our thriving community.

Position Details:

Practice includes Joint Replacement, Sports Medicine, and Orthopedic Trauma with one full-time and one casual surgeon and four Advanced Practice Clinicians.
An advanced Practice Clinician covers Primary Orthopedic Calls, with surgeons providing secondary calls.
Primary Access to PACS system and EMR from home.
Shared calls with an explanation of 1:4 focus on provider wellbeing and ensure a healthy work-life balance.
Enjoy a loyal patient population with a strong referral network.
Collaboration with orthopedic teams at facilities in Fargo, ND & Duluth, MN.
Robust physical and occupational therapy departments create a supportive environment committed to excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Affiliated Hospital employs dedicated/full-time ED and hospitalist physicians.
