ECMO specialists are hired into the Advanced Therapies department, managing all ECMO circuits in collaboration with the bedside RN throughout the organization. Depending on the patients diagnosis and age, our ECMO patients may be admitted into the CCDH, CVICU or PICU. In addition to ECMO training, each ECMO specialist in Advanced Therapies will have an ICU that they are trained in competent to work in when needed.
Shifts: 12 hours nights (36 hours per week)

Who Should Apply:
• BSN from an accredited School of Nursing, preferred. Applicants with an Associate Degree in nursing will be considered and must obtain BSN within 36 months of hire
• Registered Nurse (RN) Required. Florida State or Compact License required
• A minimum of one year of experience as a licensed Registered Nurse
• BLS certification provided by AHA

Salary Range: Minimum 35.56/hour - Maximum 52.80/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
