A well-supported and collaborative Emergency Medicine team is seeking a BC/BE Emergency Medicine Physician for a full-time role. Enjoy flexibility, robust APP support, and a high-acuity practice environment.

Position Highlights

Full-time = 1,460 hours/year (12-hour shifts)
Flexible scheduling: (for example) 4-on/6-off
Two-site model: high-volume ED + combined urgent care/ED
APP coverage daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Physicians perform all procedures and run codes

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly pay + RVU-based quality incentives
Commitment payment
Full benefits: health, dental, vision, malpractice, and CME stipend

The community is located at the midpoint between Indianapolis and Fort Wayne, IN. A family-oriented community with excellent schools, local interests include a performing arts center, Philharmonic Orchestra, Community School of the Arts, Civic Theatre, museums, public and private golf courses, numerous local youth sports and activities, and much more.
