Springville Workmed Medical Group is seeking a Radiologic Technologist—open to experienced professionals and new graduates—to join our collaborative outpatient-focused care team. Schedule & Commitment
Part-time: 20 hours per week
Shift: Wednesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday: 12:30 PM – 5:00 PM

Compensation & Incentives
Pay range: $29.14 – $44.94/hour, based on experience
Sign-on bonus: Up to $1,500 for eligible applicants
Position Overview
As a Radiologic Technologist, you will perform diagnostic imaging exams using specialized equipment while ensuring a high standard of image quality, patient safety, and compassionate care. You will collaborate closely with physicians, radiologists, and clinical team members in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting.

Essential Functions
- Maintain ARRT or modality-specific competency in all clinical and technical functions
- Ensure accurate patient identification, order verification, and exam preparation
- Perform imaging exams according to department protocols and review images for quality and accuracy
- Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment
- Complete studies efficiently without compromising patient care or image quality
- Assist and instruct students and other Radiologic Technologists on exam protocols, positioning, and equipment use
- Provide patient education, ensure comfort, and address patient concerns
- Practice appropriate infection control and sterile techniques
- Operate imaging equipment and related information systems effectively
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient information, procedures, and any adverse reactions
- Follow protocols for medical necessity, coding, charging, consents, QC programs, and equipment issue reporting

Minimum Qualifications
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)(R) certification
- Radiologic Technologist license in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers
- May be required to complete the Medical Assistant (MA) Competency Checklist and perform MA functions in a clinic or InstaCare setting
