Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:
- Outpatient Primary Care: 16 - 20 patients day, on average with 15, 20, and 30-min visits
- Ability to focus on either Family Medicine or Internal Medicine population
- Large collegial group of Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Pediatric physicians
- Work life balance with flexible shifts- Full time is a 4-day work week
- Advanced Practice Clinician (PA/NP) and AI Scribe support
- Incredible location in a beautiful building close to shops and restaurants
- Numerous medical specialties onsite in addition to a full imaging suite and a walk-in clinic
- Call is very light and shared | Triage RN call

Required Qualifications:
- Unrestricted WA state license or the ability to obtain
- Current DEA certificate required prior to start date
- BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Current BLS, ACLS certification prior to start date
Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $226,000 - $366,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
