LanceSoft is seeking a local contract nurse RN Home Health for a local contract nursing job in Dunedin, Florida.

Job Description & Requirements

40 hours per week
Shift: 8 hours, days
Employment Type: Local Contract

Required Experience & Skills

Minimum 1 year of skilled home care experience (private duty nursing not accepted).
Home health experience with OASIS training and competency required.
Strong IV skills, wound care, and general medical patient management.
Experience caring for high-risk diagnoses: HF, COPD, MI, Pneumonia, Stroke.
Post-op care experience required.

Certifications

BCLS required.

Shift / Schedule

Home skilled visits: 6–8 per day
Schedules vary based on office needs:
- Mon–Fri 8a–5p
- Mon–Fri 9a–6p
- Thurs–Mon or Fri–Tues options
Alternating weekends required
Visits/hours are self-scheduled based on patient needs.
