Are you passionate about working with older adults? Do you lead engaging and effective group fitness classes? We're looking for a dedicated Fitness Specialist to join our team!

- Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience
How you will make an impact
- Lead scheduled group exercise classes for the residents of Senior Living Community
- Instruct Water Fitness Classes
- Performing fitness assessments which include vital signs.
- Prescribing an appropriate exercise program, including flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular training.
- Educating and evaluating members on proper exercise techniques.
- Assisting with coordination and implementation of Wellness programs.
- Maintaining a clean and safe fitness area for members.
- Building strong relationships with residents and staff, encouraging them to be physically active.
What you will need
- Minimum of 1-year related work experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certifications.
- At least one year of experience teaching group water fitness classes preferred
- At least one year experience teaching Group Exercises in a fitness environment.
- Experience in evaluating fitness programs for seniors is a plus.
- Personal Training Experience/Certification preferred
