🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates, budgets, and valuations for structural steel projects.
Oversee cost control, procurement, and contract administration throughout all project stages.
Conduct risk assessments, identify cost efficiencies, and support commercial decision-making.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure delivery aligns with financial objectives.
Manage subcontractor accounts, variations, and final settlements.
Maintain accurate records and reports to support financial forecasting and accountability.

✅ Requirements:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the structural steel or architectural metalwork sector.
Strong understanding of cost management, procurement, and contract law.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cost management software.
