INTERNAL MEDICINE HOSPITALIST JOB DESCRIPTION HIGHLIGHTS
We are looking for a full time Internal Medicine Hospitalist Physician interested in building a rehabilitation practice and growing with the community. The hospitalist will round and consult on rehabilitation patients in the hospital and collaboratively work with PM&R and other supporting physicians. This opportunity has a great financial package available including generous income guarantee and full relocation. Encompass Health has a wonderful group of collegial physicians with plenty of specialty support from local acute care hospitals.
The work day will typically run from 9:00am - 4:00pm but is incredibly flexible with no set hours. You will not be required in the building during this entire time and can answer any issues via pager/telephone and remote access to EMR as they arise during the day. Typical expected work day seeing 15-20 patients. There are no special restrictions with position and you can use time away from hospital to moon-light elsewhere for extra income as long as you remain available and complete required duties of the position.

Reading, Pennsylvania's history is steeped in innovation. QUALIFICATIONS
- MD or DO with state medical license or willingness to obtain state license
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Hospital-based experience preferred but not required
