The expected salary range for the Administrative Specialist III, Grade 23, upon hire is $76,742 - $122,603.

As an Administrative Specialist III, you will be a key player, acting as a liaison between various DHHS programs, our Fiscal team, the IT team, and the State's Department of Health.

What You'll Be Doing
As an Administrative Specialist III, you will play a crucial role in acting as a liaison between various DHHS programs, our Fiscal team, the IT team, and the State's Department of Health.
DHHS P-Card Liaison:
Comprehensive management and administration of the department's procurement card (P-Card) program.
Ensure adherence to internal and external policies and regulations.
Support operational efficiency through effective P-Card program management.
Administrative Operations Coordination:
Plan and coordinate administrative operations across multiple service areas within DHHS.
Ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
EMR Liaison:
Serve as the primary liaison for DHHS Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
Ensure seamless integration, training, and support across various staff groups.
Conduct EMR Admin User Training and EMR Training for Fiscal and Administrative Staff.
Staff Liaison:
Act as the staff liaison within the DHHS Fiscal team.
Foster collaboration and communication with State and Federal agencies as well as DHHS programs.
Ensure the smooth execution of administrative processes
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree.
Experience: Three (3) years of professional administrative experience with Administrative Operations Coordination, Electronic Medical Health Records (EMR), Procurement Card (P-Card), and staff liaison with fiscal team and State and Federal Agencies as well as DHHS Programs.
Substitutions:
1. EDUCATION for EXPERIENCE: Additional education will substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.
2. EXPERIENCE for EDUCATION: Additional administrative, business, research and/or clerical experience will substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
