We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to provide
full-time, in-office (Monday through Friday) support to the CEO and CFO at our Arlington, VA location. This position will move to Tyson, VA by the end of the year. The ideal candidate will bring a polished, professional presence and thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. This individual will directly support both the CEO and CFO, while also being a flexible team player who's willing to step in wherever needed. In this visible and influential role, they must consistently demonstrate discretion, integrity, and exceptional follow-through, representing executive leadership with confidence and professionalism across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage complex and ever-changing calendars for the CEO and CFO, including scheduling meetings, prioritizing requests, and resolving conflicts with minimal oversight
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely expense reports; manage and track administrative budgets as needed
- Lead planning and execution of major internal and external events, including board meetings, all-hands gatherings, and executive offsites
- Serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication
- Facilitate the preparation of meeting materials, presentations, and briefing documents
- Anticipate the needs of the CEO and CFO to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and proactively resolve issues
- Uphold a high standard of confidentiality, discretion, and integrity while representing executive leadership
Qualifications: - 7+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a government contracting, professional services, or high-growth environment
- Proven ability to manage executive calendars, coordinate logistics, and juggle competing priorities with accuracy and efficiency
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with senior leaders, clients, and board members
- Demonstrated success in planning high-impact events and meetings
- High emotional intelligence and sound judgment; maintains confidentiality and remains composed under pressure
- Strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail; able to anticipate needs and take initiative
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern productivity tools
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with a sense of urgency and adaptability
- Availability to travel occasionally for key events and offsite meetings
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
