Job Description & Requirements Pediatric Cardiology Physician StartDate: 9/30/2025 Pay Rate: $255.11 - $276.15 This facility is seeking a Pediatric Cardiology Critical Care Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: · Schedule: Monday-Friday the shifts are 5pm-8am and Saturday & Sunday shifts are 7pm - 8am (includes hand off time) · Practice Setting: inpatient · Type of cases and required procedures: May have an admission, but most admissions are planned surgeries and may be asked to cover cardiology patients on the pediatric acute floor. · Credentialing timeframe: 90-120 days · Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC · Certifications required: board certified in either Pediatric Cardiology or Pediatric Critical Care and Pediatric Life Support (PALS) · Licensure required: license in Louisiana or IMLC (Interstate Medical Licensure Compact) Facility Location The festivals, the restaurants and the night life are a few of the main attractions in New Orleans, and there’s always the French Quarter, established by the French in 1718, that is a must go place.
