Requirements Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient education and engagement APPs: Board certified in specialty prior to employment Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain) DEA license BLS certification (must be maintained)/ ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained) Duties & Responsibilities A typical day may include: Providing direct patient care Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams Participating in teaching and mentoring Documenting in Epic EMR Engaging in quality improvement initiatives Supporting community health efforts
