Job Details We’re hiring an Assistant Superintendent to support field operations on commercial and industrial construction projects. This position plays a key role in coordinating daily activities, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring project schedules and quality expectations are met. Key Responsibilities: Support the Superintendent with day-to-day onsite supervision Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and equipment logistics Monitor progress, quality, and safety on active job sites Help maintain accurate project documentation and reports Collaborate with project managers and field teams to meet deadlines Qualifications: 2–4 years of onsite construction experience, preferably in industrial, commercial, or mechanical environments Working knowledge of safety procedures, equipment, and field documentation Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Proficiency with scheduling and project management tools A problem-solver who takes initiative and enjoys hands-on field work Interested in hearing more?
