Qualified candidates should be comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions and other briefs, as well as taking and defending depositions 3. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school, with excellent academic credentials. 4. Must be admitted to practice in the state of California. 5. Proven track record in defense litigation. 6.
