Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial lease agreements, amendments, and other related documents. 2. Conducting due diligence for real estate transactions 3. Advising clients on legal aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisition, disposition, financing, development, and leasing. 4. Coordinating and managing closing logistics for real estate transactions. 5. Liaising with clients, opposing counsel, and other transaction parties. 6. Keeping up-to-date with changes in real estate regulations and trends to ensure compliance and provide accurate advice to clients. 7. Collaborating with the legal team to handle complex real estate transactions and leasing matters. Qualifications: 1. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2. Admitted to practice law in the state. 3. 2-4 years of experience in real estate transactions, with a strong focus on leasing matters. 4. Proficiency in drafting and negotiating commercial lease agreements. 5. Strong knowledge of real estate law, including the ability to interpret and apply complex real estate statutes, regulations, and case law. 6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and transaction parties. 7. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. 8. Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. 9.
