Temp PA and Member Support Officer

Our client is a membership organisation which brings together and represents the UK healthcare system, and we are working with them to find a PA & Member Engagement Officer to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis. As well as providing admin support to one of their Directors, you will act as a point of contact for members from the medical, primary care and public health world.
This is a truly varied and business crucial role with key duties including:

Managing the Director’s busy diary and schedule
Planning and logistics for member forums
Preparing briefing packs and agendas ahead of meetings
Managing relationships with key member representatives

We are looking for a highly organised individual with experience of providing PA support at a senior level and proven diary management and prioritisation skills. A background working for a professional membership organisation or in the medical centre would be an advantage but is not essential. We are also particularly keen to speak to candidates with strong event planning skills.
