Senior Compliance Consultant – Digital Finance

We are recruiting for a well-established regulatory compliance consultancy firm looking to recruit a Compliance Consultant to join their business, focusing on Digital Finance clients.

Candidates will have Compliance experience gained in payments, e-money, crypto-assets, professional compliance services or regulatory services.

Job Requirements:

Own and develop a portfolio of client relationships, ensuring consistently high service standards
Deliver against contractual scope and FCA regulatory obligations, including compliance monitoring reviews and formal reporting
Support clients on FCA periodic returns, authorisation applications, permission variations, and changes of control or legal status
Act as Subject Matter Leader on designated topics — providing technical guidance, identifying commercial opportunities, and shaping consulting methodology
Produce compliance documentation, regulatory updates, and thought leadership content for clients and the wider market
Research technical issues and share outputs with colleagues and clients as directed
Ensure all client-facing materials use approved, current versions
