**Exciting Opportunity for RN - Preop/PACU or OR RN**
**Job Description:**
- Are you a passionate RN with strong leadership skills looking to make an impactful difference in patient care?
- We are seeking an outstanding OR RN or Preop PACU to join our dynamic team!
- **Shift Information:**
- Monday through Friday, 0630 - 1530 (adjustable for the right candidate)
- **Minimum Requirements:**
- 2+ years of nursing experience
- Current, valid RN license in state of practice
- General Certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP, ATT
- Nursing Certifications: CPI, ENPC, RNFA, TNCC, AWHONN, STABLE, ASLS
- **Key Responsibilities:**
- Assess and address patients' physical, psychological, and educational needs.
- Collaborate with patients and families to formulate and revise care plans.
- Direct and supervise nursing staff and health care team activities.
- Evaluate patients' responses to care and make necessary adjustments.
- Document all assessments, interventions, and evaluations clearly and accurately.
- Participate in continuing education and clinical research when possible.
- **Physical Demands:**
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift up to 75 pounds.
- Strong communication skills and adequate hearing/vision.
- Utilize proper body mechanics when assisting patients.
- **Preferred Qualifications:**
- Strong experience in PreOp/PACU settings
- Enthusiasm for precepting and mentoring other team members
