**Exciting RN Opportunity in Tarzana, CA!**
**Job Description:**
- Quick 1-week contract (07/06-07/10)
- Seeking a skilled RN for an Outpatient Clinic
- Local and Traveler candidates are welcome
- Engage in high volume patient communications via EPIC
- Manage in-basket messages efficiently
- Perform vital sign assessments and patient health screenings
- Experience with finger sticks required for anti-coagulation patients
- Demonstrated proficiency with EPIC software is essential
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Answer patient inquiries and manage a high volume of EPIC messages
- Conduct follow-up phone calls for patient care
- Provide medication refills and patient teaching
- Schedule appointments and make referrals as needed
- Carry out telephone triage efficiently
**Required Qualifications:**
- 1 year of Registered Nurse experience
- Certifications: BLS, CA RN License
- Skills:
- Strong professional knowledge in outpatient clinic settings
- Ability to perform and interpret BP readings
- Efficient in office duties, including scheduling and referrals
