* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (ABA, Speech, OT) to ensure cohesive care * Lead ABA programs and provide clinical supervision for children with autism * Mentor practicum students and RBTs * Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans * Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation

Qualifications:

* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills * Master's degree (required) * Experience in mentoring and supervising staff preferred * Commitment to client-centered care and ongoing professional growth * BCBA certification (required)
