Hospice RN – 13-Week Contract | Start Date: 07/20/2026

Seeking an experienced Hospice RN for a 13-week assignment. The nurse will work in both the hospice inpatient unit and homecare setting, averaging 36 hours per week on night shifts.

Key Requirements:

Active Ohio RN License
Current BLS Certification
Hospice experience required
EPIC EMR proficiency required
Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance

Schedule:

1 night/week: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Inpatient Unit)
2 nights/week: 7:30 PM – 8:00 AM (Hospice Homecare)
Every 3rd weekend required
No call requirements

Start Date: 07/20/2026
