ECLARO is looking for an Executive Secretaries and Administrative Assistants for our client in Kingston, NY. ECLAROs client aims to enhance public services and promotes sustainable resource management, offering advanced solutions and services. Responsibilities: Handling folders physically (lifting and placing them in file cabinets) Filing (both physical filing and electronic records filing) Data entry Emailing, scanning and faxing duties Reception desk coverage Processing mail Corresponding with and answering customer questions Scheduling appointments Required Qualifications: Using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and Forms. Using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and other platforms for providing virtual services. Managing multiple tasks Ability to meet required time lines and prioritize duties to meet those time lines.
