**Join Our Dynamic Med Surg RN Team!**
**Job Description:**
- **Position Overview:**
- Plan and provide total patient care using the nursing process.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs with precision.
- Direct and guide patient teaching and the activities of ancillary personnel.
- Maintain high standards of professional nursing.
- **Qualifications:**
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
- Current Iowa RN license required.
- BLS and ACLS certifications are a must.
- Experience preferred, but not mandatory.
- **Hours:**
- Full-time night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM).
- Commitment to rotating weekends and holidays.

- Up-to-date resume.
- Two recent employment references.
- Online verification of your licensure or certification.
- Proof of BLS & ACLS certification (American Heart Association).
- Copies of applicable certifications (e.g., ACLS, TNCC, PALS, NRP).
- Immunization records:
- MMR (2 doses or positive titers).
- Varicella (positive titer or 2 vaccines).
- Polio.
- Hepatitis B series, titer, or signed declination.
- Current TDaP (within 10 years).
- Flu vaccination (required during flu season).
- Negative 2-step Mantoux test (or QuantiFERON Gold).
- Proof of a physical (within 1 year).
- 10 Panel Drug Screen (within 1 month).
- Respiratory Fit Test (within 1 year).
- Criminal Background Check (from all states worked/lived in the past 7 years).
- National &/or State Sex Offender checks.
- GSA (EPLS) check.
- OIG check.
- Iowa Mandatory Reporter Certificates (Child & Dependent Adult Abuse).
- Completion of CareLearning education modules (prior to start).
