As a dental assistant at Breeze, you are not support staff. You are a clinical partner, a patient advocate, and a daily contributor to the kind of practice we are building together. What you do, how you greet a patient, how you set up a room, how you hand off to the doctor, how you treat a nervous person in the chair, define the Breeze experience as much as any clinical outcome. Compensation: $25 - $29 hourly Responsibilities: What You’ll Do Welcome patients with genuine warmth and prepare them comfortably for their treatment Assist the dentist and hygienists chairside, anticipating needs and keeping procedures smooth Select, set up, and sterilize instruments and equipment according to protocol Operate Cerec scanning and milling, iTero scanning, and assist with Invisalign and cosmetic cases Provide clear, compassionate post-op and oral hygiene instructions Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment rooms Manage accurate patient records, scheduling, and payment procedures Perform lab tasks and support the team wherever the day takes you Qualifications: Who You Are A warm, confident communicator who puts patients at ease from the moment they walk in A self-starter who investigates problems, finds answers, and follows through.
