The AAccelerated Development Programme for AAspiring Trainee Vehicle Mechanics who are ready to turbo charge their careers and become fully competent AA patrols

This innovative program is the perfect pit stop for fresh talent to fine-tune their skills, rev up their knowledge, and get their careers racing ahead.

Programme Overview:

Duration: A comprehensive 18-month journey where youll dive into the latest automotive technologies with workshops led by our inhouse training experts
Mentorship: You will be paired with a seasoned patrol expert, providing one-on-one guidance
Real-World Experience: Gain practical on the job experience
Certification: Earn IMI and EV certifications that will set you apart in the industry.
Starting and finishing work on your driveway, (paid from the moment you get in your van to the moment you get home). * Sign on locations also available for discussion

What do I need?

Some experience in vehicle maintenance and repair and customer service
Its essential thatyou have a full category B driving licence, with 6 points or less,If you dont also have category BE (towing) well fund it for you.
To be happy working shifts, which could include evenings, weekends and bank holidays

Examples of roles you may be doing currently:

MOT Tester, Panel Beater, Fast Fit Mechanic, Roadside Technician e.g. Tyre, Key Assist, Apprentice - 2nd year complete (Level 2), Marine Mechanic, Railway Worker, HGV/RO Driver, Ex-Military Personnel, Agricultural Mechanic, Motorbike Mechanic, Aerospace Technician, Vintage Car Restorer
