What YOU will be responsible for as an Apprentice Plumbing Technician: Providing EXCEPTIONAL customer service

Assisting in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential plumbing systems

Learning residential service plumbing through hands-on training and mentorship

Helping customers understand their plumbing systems and available solutions

Traveling to job sites and communicating with dispatch throughout the day

Learning the Signature Plumbing Technician Method (Don’t worry — we’ll train you to be successful!)

Assisting senior plumbers with repairs, installations, drain cleaning, fixtures, and water heaters

Maintaining a clean and professional work environment

Apprentice Plumber Job Requirements: 1–5 years of plumbing experience preferred

Residential service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates

Strong communication and customer service skills

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Eagerness to learn and grow within the company

Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
