Purchasing & Order Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Purchasing & Order Coordinator to support purchasing operations within a high-volume screen printing and production environment. This role is responsible for entering vendor orders, maintaining accurate purchasing records, tracking incoming materials, and supporting day-to-day buying activities to help keep production running efficiently. Responsibilities

* Accurately enter and process purchase orders from vendors * Review pricing, quantities, and product details for accuracy * Coordinate orders for apparel, production supplies, and related materials * Maintain purchasing files, reports, and vendor documentation * Communicate with vendors regarding order updates, shortages, and discrepancies * Track shipments and delivery timelines to support production schedules * Work closely with production, warehouse, and management teams * Ensure timely and accurate data entry into company systems * Assist with additional duties and special projects as needed

* Previous purchasing or buying experience required * Experience in apparel, manufacturing, production, or screen printing preferred * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Excellent computer and data entry skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment * Strong communication and problem-solving abilities * Must be flexible with schedule and work hours based on business demands * Ability to adapt and assist with additional responsibilities as needed * Reliable attendance and professional work ethic
