**Join Our Dynamic Team as a Registered Nurse - MS/Tele/PCU - Day Shift!**
**Job Description:**
- Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in patient care?
- As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in a collaborative healthcare team.
- Deliver exceptional patient care through the nursing process in all assigned areas.
- Assess patients upon admission using effective interview techniques.
- Gather past medical history, current medical status, vital signs, lab work, X-rays, and other diagnostic tests.
- Collaborate in the planning and implementation of individualized care plans under the direction of physicians.
**What We’re Looking For:**
- **Education:**
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
- Valid State of New Hampshire RN license or Compact License.
- **Certifications:**
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification.
- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 3 years of previous nursing experience preferred.
- Strong experience in Med-Surg/Tele preferred.
- **Other Skills Required:**
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
