Position Overview
Infusion Solutions of Delaware is seeking a motivated, compassionate, and team-oriented full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our growing Internal Medicine Specialty/Subspecialty and Infusion Medicine practice in Dover, Delaware.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative outpatient environment focused on high-quality patient care, chronic disease management, biologic therapies, and long-term patient relationships.

Our providers care for patients with autoimmune and inflammatory conditions including Rheumatoid Arthritis, Psoriatic Arthritis, Osteoporosis, Lupus, Vasculitis, Ankylosing Spondylitis, and related disorders.

Responsibilities
* Conduct patient evaluations and follow-up visits
* Manage chronic and complex medical conditions
* Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing
* Develop and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
* Monitor biologic and infusion therapies
* Provide patient education and counseling
* Coordinate care with specialists, infusion nursing staff, and primary care providers
* Maintain timely and accurate documentation within the EMR
Qualifications
Nurse Practitioner
* Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Delaware (or eligible)
* Board certification required
Physician Assistant
* Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
* NCCPA certification required
* Delaware licensure (or eligible)
Preferred Experience
* New graduates are encouraged to apply
* Rheumatology experience preferred but not required
* Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Orthopedics, Pain Management, or Infusion experience considered
* Strong communication and patient relationship skills
* Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
