Job Title
Emergency Department Registered Nurse – Days/Evenings/Nights Rotate & Every Other Weekend (36 hrs.)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a high-volume, 65-bed pod-based Emergency Department serving approximately 230 visits per day
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, IV insertion, phlebotomy, EKG interpretation, cardiac monitoring, and point-of-care testing
- Deliver care across all patient populations, including pediatric patients and those presenting with acute mental health needs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using EPIC – ASAP EMR
- Provide patient and family education throughout the care continuum
- Float to other areas as needed and rotate shifts as requested
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts or compact eligibility
- Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience
- Current AHA-certified BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Proficiency in general ED nursing skills including splinting, critical thinking, and patient education
- Ability to work rotating shifts and every other weekend as required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification
- Prior experience with EPIC – ASAP charting system
