Job Title

Registered Nurse – Float Med/Surg

Location

Danville, PA

Schedule / Job Type

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care across multiple Medical/Surgical units as part of a float pool
Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions throughout each shift
Manage and monitor patients requiring BiPAP and high-flow oxygen therapy
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient treatment plans
Adapt quickly to varying unit environments, patient populations, and team dynamics

Required Qualifications

Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license required prior to start
Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg nursing experience
Demonstrated experience with BiPAP and high-flow oxygen therapy
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required

Preferred Experience / Skills

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
Prior float pool or multi-unit nursing experience
