Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting within a critical access hospital
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients across all acuity levels
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with established clinical protocols
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and responses in the electronic health record
Required Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license with no disciplinary actions on record (verified within the last 30 days)
- Minimum of 24 months of ICU or Emergency Room experience, with experience within the last 12 months
- Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- Active PALS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- Active TNCC certification from an approved vendor
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience strongly preferred
- Experience working in critical access or rural hospital environments
- Familiarity with trauma-level designated facilities and multi-department flexibility
