About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Quincy, Illinois, 62301!

Job Title

Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Location

Quincy, IL

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a high-volume Emergency Department averaging 100–140 patients per day across a 30-bed unit, including medical and ED Psych beds
Deliver nursing care using a POD nursing assignment model, staffed according to average daily census
Provide emergency care within a Level 2 Trauma Center and Level 2 Stroke Center environment
Participate in chest pain assessment and management within an accredited Chest Pain program
Provide trauma-informed care as part of a full treatment center for Sexual Assault Survivors

Required Qualifications

Active RN licensure
AHA ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications
TNS or TNCC certification
NIHSS certification
Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department RN experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience working in a Level 2 Trauma or Stroke Center setting
Familiarity with POD nursing care delivery models in a high-volume ED
