Contract | Travel | Days (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM) | 13-Week Assignment | On-site | One call day per week; every 5th weekend call required
Key Responsibilities
- Perform monitoring duties within the cardiac cath lab, including sedation monitoring and hemodynamic assessment
- Assist with cardiac catheterization procedures, ensuring patient safety throughout
- Utilize electronic medical record systems including Cerner and MAC Lab for hemodynamic documentation
- Respond to on-call requirements as scheduled, including one call day per week and every 5th weekend
- Collaborate with the cardiac cath lab team to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced procedural environment
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Minimum 3–5 years of cardiac cath lab experience
- Background in critical care with cardiac cath lab experience
- Candidate must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with hemodynamic monitoring and moderate sedation in a procedural setting
- Familiarity with Cerner EMR and MAC Lab hemodynamic systems
- Prior travel nursing experience in a cardiac cath lab or EP lab environment
