Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct 1:1 perioperative nursing care across a 10-OR surgical suite
- Support a wide range of surgical specialties including General Trauma, Ortho Trauma, Robotic, Vascular, Open Heart, Urology, GYN, ENT, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Maxillofacial, and Hand surgery
- Utilize Meditech for clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
- Fulfill Charge RN responsibilities as required by scheduling needs
- Adhere to facility dress code requirements including ceil blue scrubs
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience
- Minimum 1 year of Charge RN experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required — TNCC must be included at time of submission with no grace period
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with robotic surgical procedures
- Familiarity with Meditech documentation system
- Background in high-acuity or trauma-level surgical environments
