TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Guthrie, Oklahoma, 73044!

Job Title

Travel: RN - Med Surg - Nights

Location

Guthrie, Oklahoma

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12 | 36 Hours Weekly Guaranteed | 26-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Maintain professional accountability for the provision of patient care on a Medical Surgical unit
Evaluate the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers
Coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments
Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information
Float to other units as needed per facility requirements

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum 4 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Proficiency with EPIC EMR
Ability to maintain a 1:5 patient ratio
Availability to work weekends and on-call as required by the facility

Preferred Experience / Skills

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
Experience performing duties consistent with established mission, values, and service standards
