Contract | Travel | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 13-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of rehabilitation care plans established by an interdisciplinary team
- Perform lab draws, administer IV antibiotics and IV medications, and conduct blood administration as needed
- Complete head-to-toe assessments and perform wound vac dressing changes
- Administer inhalers and breathing treatments; operate patient lifts, iSTAT, and glucometer equipment
- Monitor telemetry patients and document care using the Meditech EMR system
- Educate patients and family members on care plans and rehabilitation programs
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of current acute care hospital Med/Surg experience
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong communication skills and ability to advocate for patients
- Empathetic, patient-centered approach to care
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) certification
- Knowledge of Quality Indicator scoring in a post-acute setting
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Experience with telemetry patients and ability to pass an Airstrip telemetry competency assessment
