TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Saint Johnsbury, Vermont, 05819!

Job Title

Emergency Department Registered Nurse – Nights

Location

St. Johnsbury, VT

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced rural Emergency Department setting
Evaluate patient outcomes and adjust the nursing care process as needed to ensure optimal care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary health team members to coordinate medical and nursing management
Consult with other specialties as required to support comprehensive patient care
Serve as a proactive team member in a nine-bed ED serving over 15,000 patients annually

Required Qualifications

Current Vermont RN license or compact multi-state RN license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
Minimum of 3 years of Emergency Room RN experience
Ability to work effectively under pressure and learn quickly in a dynamic environment
Familiarity with Meditech EMR or demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly

Preferred Experience / Skills

Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification preferred
Prior experience in a rural or critical access hospital setting
