Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patients presenting with acute and emergent conditions
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and established protocols
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to dysrhythmias
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and disposition
- Document all patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts RN License (must be in hand at time of submission)
- Minimum 2 years of current Emergency Department experience
- Active American Heart Association BLS certification (must be in hand at submission)
- Active American Heart Association ACLS certification (must be in hand at submission)
- Active American Heart Association PALS certification (must be in hand at submission)
- Active Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification (must be in hand at submission)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Completion of a Basic Dysrhythmia course (strongly preferred)
- Experience with Meditech Expanse electronic health record system
- Supervisory experience in an Emergency Room setting
