Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting during night shift hours
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in condition
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with care plans and facility protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver high-quality critical care
- Float between two campuses as needed, with one campus designated as the primary work location
- Complete all required facility learning modules prior to and during the assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions or hits on record
- Minimum of 24 months of ICU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
- Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- ICU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
- Valid driver's license required to verify residency; Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience strongly preferred
- Experience in geriatrics, cardiovascular care, or neurosciences is a plus
- Familiarity working across multiple hospital campuses or in large acute-care settings
